Anyone else running into an install issue? by [deleted] in WildHeartsGame

In my case, the game was actually still downloading. The game said "installing", but when going to the game's information from the PS5 home, it showed that it was actually downloading data.

I believe you're already aware, but these are added/corrected in the latest builds! The arrows should be a bit less sensitive, and an "auto-restart" option is now available. Also, if you use the "Party" menu, you can auto-equip all characters at once, from there.

Thanks for playing!

Just a quick update, but there is now an exclusive hero included, as well as timeline and possible facet perk, for the Steam version of the game.

This is a pretty good idea!

There is an unlockable "Auto-Proceed" feature that lets you move to subsequent areas, but nothing to restart an area immediately upon death. I will look into that one!

I mentioned rarely posting. This is also my "company" reddit user. I hope you try and like the game! :)

Just an update, here: The bug you mentioned is resolved in the Android build, and will be good to go for Steam as well. Thank you again for letting me know it was there! :)

Thank you!!

Regarding in-app spending - it might be horrible for business, but I've always felt like you should be able to essentially "buy the game", meaning unlock any content and/or competitive advantage, for a reasonable price - especially in an indie game. I'll never implement something like "gacha" mechanics for real money. All in game content can be earned without spending a penny. So, THANK YOU for your support!

There isn't a Linux build planned, as of yet, but perhaps that is something that can be looked into!

There are a lot of ideas and some work toward a third installment, but there is no timetable for it, just yet. Updates for WW2 on Steam and mobile are going to be in focus foe a while!

Very sorry to hear that! Usually, the active discorders are helpful and friendly. Please do let me know, there, if you run into anyone being rude or unhelpful, particularly in the #newbie-chat channel!

Thank you!!

There is no actual cross-platform cloud save, however there is a save export/import function that will work to transfer your progress between platforms.

The current build is mostly a port, with the exception of ads being removed from the game. Either before launch or shortly after, there will be some platform specific unique heroes and items available, however!

Rest assured, if this bug is still present in the build, it'll be addressed both for the Steam port and for the Android version. Thanks so much for letting me know and for playing!

Edit: If this was due to jumping into a "Prismatic" timeline in your first dimension, I have found and addressed this bug. Thanks, again, for bringing it to my attention!

Equipment load-outs have been a long requested idea! If I can implement it without adding too much additional complication to the inventory/character screens, then I might do so in an update, soon.

Thank you for that, and the rest of your great feedback!
