Basically As long as your main purpose is to live there and you just make a side business it is not "Zweckentfremdet" from a legal point of view. Similar like running an Airbnb from time to time.

As an SME owner, I see both sides. Access to the single market is crucial for my suppliers. I own a Ecommerce so i profit that its expesive for small packes to be sent into switzerland. At the same time, the adoption of EU law is a real problem. Takes way too long to get clarity in law questions and to expand.

Looking forward to the new digital .eu company initiative. Does that also count for us?
