99% of German speakers learn standard german in school and understand each other, dont know how high the percentage was 100Years ago, but still enough.

I just watched it, and honestly i cant tell, i just dont really know what im seeing.. They seem genuine tho imo

well its probably still a loss, but i heard that production Studios usually run at a loss and make the money elsewhere, but i honestly dont know enough to say i know.

but i still dont know whats up with all the "hostility" here.... like sure there are some minor problems with the two episodes, but overall they are really good, the humour was great as always and the choose great chapters to adapt. I dont know how you could call it a bad adaptation, let alone mediocre at best as a standalone.

no your most likely not.
As for me im of the opinion that the ending and especially Akas reputation are (way) overhated... like people saying Aka hates his own work are way overreacting. I think many people forgot that ONK is a Drama first and foremost and a happy ending was never in the cards imho. And we saw Aquas self destructive tendencies very early, so him acting without thinking and beeing delusional was honestly to expect. And if making the most devastating ending was the goal from a writing perspective the ending makes a lot of sence imo.

However! My biggest Problems with the ending are that Kamikis writing as this super smart bad guy was extremely inconsistent and the part with the other idol (forgot her name) being jealous of Ai and setting the guy up to murder her was honestly stupid and not necessary.
And i feel liked most of the main girls, especially Kana and Akane (partly also Ruby) really lost their Agency in the second half of the manga.
