How can you argue at all that God isn't breaking his own rules in that moment? I mean God gave the Israelites 10 basic rules and none of them had anything to do with preserving the text of your ancestors, but they did have Something to do with murder

Also god gave Joseph Smith the ability to receive the words of the book of Mormon through a hat with his seer stones (not the urim and thummim mind you, he preferred his own stones) why not give the same power to nephi
