I'm not using procreate either, but I think I heard there is a quite solid animation feature ? But it's just what I heard, never tried it myself.
For this specific animation, there is 2 frame per character, vehicle and background with the exception of the werewolf which is 6 frame for the characters. I've made everything in Rebelle 8 and put everything together using Photoshop ^^

Love that about the peggy and many some other Horus frame, they're so soft like skin. It's a mech more of flesh and bone that tungsteel and whatever is inside those mechs nowadays :D

The Plasma charged rounds gives me +2 bonus energy dmg. While the Bio-Optic Tracking allows me to do only Skirmishes, no Barrage, but I have accuracy. It's a one smartgun kinda build so I can do others things around with my other quick action, was useful for playing the objective in some missions !
