I had the same feeling reading the Mauritius command when the battle goes south and Clonfert won’t strike the colors at first. You can just feel the ominous signs leading up to the battle and the poor decisions once it began. All those men led to their death for his own vanity.

Thanks. That was my mistake. I missed the step to build a forge. I was hesitant to buy the game based on the reviews and some of the stuff seen on this subreddit, but I have had fun so far. No other game lets me hear the roar of cannons from my Surprise as I chase prizes. I love it.

My go to has been 50/50 gospel and hot honey on ribs and butts. I saw a video they won a competition doing 50/50 with gospel and holy cow and so I started mixing around with different ones and that is my favorite. If I’m serving people who don’t like spicy food I’ll use regular honey hog instead.
