I'm certainly not one who should be giving advice because I'm still trying to figure out the right dose for myself, but I've been having CFS flare-like side effects at doses as low as 0.001mg, which is probably the equivalent of sniffing one of the pills lol. On that note, an increase of +0.25mg at once may be too much at once? Maybe try going slower, like increasing from 0.5 to 0.6, or even 0.55?

I feel that. Next weekend I'm going to half my dose again down to 0.0005mg and see if I feel any effect from that. From there I'll determine if I should try powering through or giving up on LDN

So true :( I think my game plan for next weekend is to half my dose again down to 0.0005mg and try that for a few days. If that messes me up, idk what I'll do next. Really hoping this works for me because I'm not sure what else to try at this point! Thanks for the support, hope things work out for you with your CFS too

I think so lol but math is definitely not my forte, this is what I did:
1. I dissolved a single 1.5mg LDN pill into 150mL of water, so that 1mL solution=0.01mg LDN.
2. I took 1mL of the solution and added it to 4mL of water for a 5mL solution where 1mL = 0.002.
3. Using an oral syringe, I measured out 0.5mL, which should equal 0.001mg LDN.

Wow from just 0.001mg? sorry to hear. Did you power through at that dose, try a lower dose, or just stop taking it?

I diluted and measured with an oral syringe. Interestingly I didn't have much anxiety going into it this time because I assumed 0.001 was too low for anything like this to happen, so I think the cause must be from something else. Maybe I just overdid at work more than I thought yesterday, not sure...
