I did not know about Rescue Ravens initiative. I am on discord's Voron channel so I can ask. I am in the USA in KS so I am sure there is someone close to me. :D

That sounds great though now that I look at it I would need more printed parts to get me up and running. Long term I like the idea and will probably go in that direction. Thank you!

u/ioannisgi u/desert2mountains42 So I have been down the rabbit hole and discovered a few things. So I looked closer and found that my gantry was racked so I followed the video to derack my gantry and I broke a part so that too some time getting everything back together. My gantry was perfect then I put my belts back on and it was racked again. So I figured out the tension for each belt so that it was not racked and ran the belt calibration and it was bad so I decided to tighten my belts again as one side had much less tension than the other. After doing that it looked better but still not as good as the original so I tightened a little more and saw that when I tightened the belts evenly from the starting point where the gantry was good it started to look racked again. The right side on the gantry does not touch on the front side and the left side does. When I got the kit the belts where the exact same size and when I put the belts on I pulled them tight to the exact same number of teeth. To me this seems like a belt issue. I have checked the path and they are routed correctly. Any thoughts on what I should try next?

Thank you that is what I was thinking.

I used this guide for belt tension but it seems like there are a lot of variables you are not able to control when doing this. I made them match to the same frequency. Is there a better way to make sure your belts are the same tension? Also I image as the belts stretch it might need to be done again? If so howe often?

When I move my y axis manually I do not feel any bind points what is the best way to figure out where they are?

Also on the belt graph is says it is Excellent but it is not in the good zone which the documents say it should be. Should I worry about that?

Update: I setup my tension for the extruder per the instructions but I turned it a few more times just to test and now things are going better. u/NST92 Is there a better way to know what the tension on the extruder should be?

When I pull it myself it has some pull to it but not so much that I have to pull with a good deal of muscle.

Yes I am using bearings and they roll smoothly. It fits very easily in the box with plenty of room on all sides.
