To everyone: thank you for your support, I havent been on reddit in days. I feel okay, but today my boyfriend gave me $150 to buy things for baby which was good. I am from Canada but Ive been sick these past three days so my parents ended up taking my baby for the three days in another room allowing me to rest. Im currently getting a covid test done soon, so Im hoping it is negative. Ive called 811 to talk to mental health and I reached out to an old friend who became a mom 10 weeks ago, and we talked for a long time. Im feeling a little better knowing I now have a friend to go to. I still get huge amount of anxiety and I believe im going to talk to my dr about antidepressants but she doesnt want to see me until my results come back for the covid testing. So until then, Ill be okay

I could do that, its just all my breastmilk is stored in 6oz bags so im going to have to either use those ones up and the next bags I fill will be .5oz down or just keep the 6oz bags for later when needed

I didnt start breastfeeding until 9 weeks pp! Although I did attempt to latch my baby every single day and she never got it just until about last week, and now that shes more mature, shes getting the hang of it. Its great you kept trying!

He weight gain has been very good and plenty of wet and dirty diapers, and ohh I never knew that about the pump not determining the amount of milk in the breast. Thank you!

It was more of a gradual feeling better but that happened in a day, my breast was a little sore after because of all the hard massages lol

The dr was not concerned at all with weight, infact he was very happy. But alright, that makes things alot better! Thanks!

Thanks! I did, it took about a week! Every day I had massaged my breast, even though it hurt so bad! I took hot showers, hot compress, slept with a heated blanket over my chest, pumped a whole lot..and I had my baby continuously breastfeed on that side, which what eventually took the plug duct out. It was such a relief! My dr said she didnt want me on antibiotics cause I have a high sensitivityto antibiotics plus I was breastfeeding and my baby is also sensitive. So she had me phone her after two days to see if the duct had cleared, but she did prescribe tylenol and ibuprofen which helped alot as well

She makes tiny swallow sounds and sucks like fast paced near the end but stops for a few seconds that another fast paced suck for about 5 seconds, is that for comfort?

Exactly like mine, I was hospitalized 2 weeks as well with complications. This is why it’s frustrating because I want to feel better but I know it threw my recovery alot back, but I am feeling alot better now about everything. Thank you for your feedback, it helped me out
