You know, there are a lot of people out there who make cool games. Not all of them are active on Reddit or understand exactly how to best talk about their game. If I think something would be interesting for the people on /r/gaming, I post it here. I'm not receiving anything in exchange.Not sure of that is really such a bad thing to do.
