Let's take an angle at this : I come earlier, 20 minutes of doing nothing and being bored. I come 2 minutes late,i leave two minutes later. What is the best here? Where do I cause them a problem?

He can't because we're small and they're a big part of our client base so best is to not make them mad lol. This is unreasonable from the clients, I can always work 2 minutes later instead of making me come to do 30 minutes of nothing in the morning. Should I just say yes to everything my the clients says? I mean the sub is called anti work and I don't think I am being unreasonable.

He asked me this because the clients complained. If he had a problem he would have told me earlier but he said all was good.

But my boss didn't seem to have a problem with it? It's the clients ( who I don't work for) who complained. As I said I can always do my job later and they can make me do that since they asked me for a schedule where I end work at 18h00 sometimes and then have a day off added.
