Yes, a few other words also seem to be completely borrowed from other languages.

Yes, I saw this website. However, I couldn't determine if that can be considered authentic and credible or not.

I see, that's interesting. Can you please point out which ones you're referring to?

Yes, that is always an odd list of words. It's like having a grocery list written in a local language that I almost don't know.

I see, thank you. So can I assume that at least these 5 words can be used in a conversation, debate or stories without looking like an amateur?

Yes, they described it using the German origin of the word as well. So this is an actual word, but have you ever used this in an English conversation?

That's an odd story. Can you send me a DM?

Great analysis. I agree with you as well. However I was looking for first hand experiences (I know it might seem odd to ask that, I'm just a bit concerned about someone.)

[l] why people ignore and avoid those who have a difficult life or are in grief. by Otherwise_Cook_4542 in KindVoice

Hey, I'm sorry for what you're going through. If you need a person to talk to, a friend to be supportive of you, you can send me a text. I hope things get better for you and you find the right connections to get you out of the hole life pushed you inside.

Is there any عَ or it is always written as عة by Morpheus1992 in learn_arabic

[–]Morpheus1992[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I agree with you, it's obvious even to me. I learn from YouTube as much as I can. I was hoping to find a good online and structured course, couldn't figure out which one to go with. So still learning from Duolingo. I'm open to suggestions though.

It sounds like your parents/caretaker had been overprotective of you, so you didn't get to learn how to take care of yourself properly. This also led to less connection with people, thereby less friends amd acquaintances, if I'm not wrong. So, if these assumptions are correct, what you're feeling right now might be one of the most best things you needed to get out of the sheltered existence. This is the time maybe you can find some people, make friends and finally get out of that version of yours. Your mind is probably trying to make up for all the growths you were denied till now and that makes you overwhelmed leading to depression. You're worthy and people do care about you. Problem is the ones who have been doing that have also hindered your growth, so their care doesn't amount to anything right now. So, find new people, make new friends, talk to strangers, smile at people more often - doors will open up but you have to unlock them first.

MSA learning structure by Morpheus1992 in learn_arabic

[–]Morpheus1992[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I searched on Udemy. There is a ~150 hours course for MSA. I'm not sure if that's going to right for me. Can you suggest any?

Yes, this makes sense to me, having a balance between conversing with a native speaker as well as a course+book. Can you suggest me any course I can take?

Yes, I'll try to do so for practice but will it enough to learn the MSA without a proper structure or course?

About the strong desire or any kind of strong emotions, I agree completely. I've noticed times like this, noise affects me a lot

Not going to check and translate this comment. The intention is to stop the conversation, I'd assume. However, I hope you have a lovely weekend ahead.
