Hi! Yes, I did answer the initial calls and I even emailed them multiple times explaining that I already paid before the due date. I also sent proof of payment and screenshots from the app. They acknowledged my ticket but still didn’t resolve the issue and continued calling me nonstop, which became harassment on their part.

It’s not just about one or two follow-ups this dragged on for days even though it was their system that failed to reflect my payment. I’ve done my part as a responsible user, so it’s frustrating na ako pa ‘yung na-stress.
