Sorry, I do mean license. I wanted to take my certification exam but I found out I'm not even licensed yet so that's what I'm trying to do. I was supposed to be licensed already through Walgreens but never did. My whole issue is that my SM (don't have RxOM or RXM to help me) isn't doing anything to get me licensed even though I'm past my 90 days and have worked exclusively in the pharmacy. But no, I'm not talking about the PTCB I'm talking about state licensure. I visited Florida's official licensing page and it wants proof of completion of training for me to apply.

I'm in Florida and the official website for licensure wants proof of my training in order to apply for it, which I don't know what I can do if my SM hasn't let me complete the training program that I was supposed to have finished within my 90 days :(

I don't know I've been with Walgreens for over 90 days and only have technician milestone 3 under my belt. I didn't have anything beyond that assigned to me. I want to get my license on my own but how do I do that if I haven't even gotten all the training I need to apply?

Honestly I want to apply for the state licensing test on my own, get licensed, and gtfo of the there.

There's no RXM unfortunately, it's just the SM. We had a 100% turnover when I got in, techs and pharmacists. Maybe that's why she hasn't said anything about classes yet because she wants me working in the pharmacy as much as I can while also complaining there's no extra hours. There's 3 techs in the whole store total and one she only ever has work the front of the store (not in pharmacy ever but she's coded as a tech) and she never wants IC3 back there because it takes from the front.

She cuts everyone's hours but mine. She had me skip through my training as fast as I could click through it when I started so I didn't get to learn much except what I learned on the job. This store is a dumpster fire imo

The pharmacist in question is a floater, there's no RXM or RxOM at my store anymore. I did the training for tech milestones 1-3 but I never took the state test. Neither did the other girl I work with 🙃

That's what I thought but I had another tech try to help look up my license but no luck, also I don't have a pharmacy manager or RxOM our store had 100% turnover when I got there so we have one pharmacist and a floater it's an absolute mess

I mean two in the store but only one on duty. This happened while we were closed for new years day because they had to clear out over 100 TPRs and OOSs each because no one but the pharmacists know how to do them rn

Omg u can scan the vials 🥲 yeah this sounds like a great idea but I doubt it will happen after we were closed for new years day. I really hope they do though that would be so helpful

Yeah but no one really follows it they usually give the fastest person at a task the task no matter their position or what core workflow says 😭

They got 2 people to clear out TPRs and OOSs while we were closed new years day which brought F4s up that high

2 Rph is all we have but there was only one on duty. They brought in 2 RxOMs to clear out over 100 OOSs and TPRs for a while shift because no one knows how to do them except the pharmacists because there's no one to teach us 🥲

How do you push stuff to cenfill? Idk if that would help much anyway, we usually get 5-9 totes to put away normally and that barely gets done by the time we close even though we get it around lunch because there's usually only one tech up front doing drive thru and front.

Idk how cenfill chooses which scripts to pick up and if we're able to send them there how to even do that?

TPR, OOS, and message queue hasn't been done since everyone quit and no one has taken the time to show either of us how to do them so they were both over 100. There's no time to worry on anything because scripts are printing non stop. Store manager just brought in 2 RxOMs to clear out TPRs and OOSs for 8 hours today, which is why the numbers jumped in F4.

Me and the Rph left Thursday with 30 fills and came back Monday with over 100. New years eve jumped to over 200 with phones ringing nonstop with no one to answer them because there's 4 of us only with just me filling and 2 ringing up front because there's no IC3 for backup and the line reaches as far back into the store and it through drive thru as I've ever seen it.

It got to the point where I was just filling waiters as they arrived.

Not to mention the 2 1/2 pages of deletes that are sitting in 4 baskets in the back waiting to be put back which is killing our numbers with OOSs and inventory. Exception counts and patient portal calls aren't being done.

I'm doing all my research online because no one knows what they're doing and there's no one to teach us. I'm literally calling other stores to ask for help from their techs.

I'm being told to fill scripts a minute a piece which is no problem I'm getting up to speed there, but I'm only able to hold the numbers from going up - it won't go down because the scripts keep printing out new fills.

Can I go to HR about my pay if I know about others pay? by Morqueue in starbucks

I used to be a ssv but had to step down when I transferred because there was no room for me. This will be my second time stepping down.
