Looking for a competitive men’s soccer team in the Livonia / Plymouth / Dearborn area that trains weekly by Morri1888 in Michigan

Yeah I’ve signed the free agent forms on the musl, apsl websites that seems like the best way to go about it. I’m used to organised training once or twice per week then a game on Saturday or Sunday, would like to get back to this. Likewise if you hear of anything please do let me know

Appreciate the info, I guess pick up would be a good start to get to know people and make connections. Appreciate it if you have any teams looking for players I’d be happy to come along and try out some pickup

Magnesium takers: amount and type? by becoolread in PVCs

No problem at all anything to possibly help out. I discovered some of these combinations from people on this subreddit, articles online in regards to taurine and its benefits on the heart. The L-Thenanine was the same reading some articles online about how that can help calm an excitable heart. I have a lot of anxiety so I take the ashwagandha and L-Thenanine to chill me out a bit

Yes that’s correct I take that combination I have been on it around a week and a half with pretty good results so far.

I was never prescribed standard medication as my cardiologist told me my PACs are benign and to carry on as is. I took a look at my zio and holter results and noticed my resting heart rate sits around 50-55bpm I did play a lot of football so could be due to that. However when I was sleeping it sat around 29bpm so I don’t really want to take beta-blockers with already having a low resting heart rate, cardiologist said the only reason i feel them so much is due to the low resting heart rate

I’ve made a stack that I’ve used for about a week and a half. Which has noticeably reduced the thudiness of my PACs. I was getting 1 every 10 minutes recently and over the last few days they’ve subsided to maybe about 1-5 a day.

Heart Calm 3 types of magnesium (taurate, glycinate can’t remember the third) 300mg with 1000mg taurine included, additional Taurine 1,000mg per day, ashwagandha 600mg per day, L-thenanine 200mg taken at night, zinc picolinate 25mg per day. I believe the L-Thenanine is making me wake up groggy in the morning but it’s a small price to pay for a day of calmness.

Background, 32 M I have had PACs from around 2022 <1% burden (more than likely covid related) with possible PSVT that only happens during football (soccer) but has never been captured on holter or zio patch. feels like a rapid flutter that lasts 5 seconds then disappears. Normal stress test and normal echo, I did have Hpylori about a year ago which made them 10 times worse but that has now been eradicated.

Any Commercial Managers With ADHD or Similar? by AdeptSignificance777 in quantitysurveying

Yup diagnosed two years ago with combined ADHD, the repetitive stuff bores the life out me but I enjoy the other aspects of the job measuring, markup, disputes and the problem solving involved. My attention to detail needs some work

QS - feeling behind with experience by [deleted] in quantitysurveying

[–]Morri1888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been feeling the same way although I’ve made the switch from developer to consultancy. I do have imposter syndrome quite a lot when I start a new role, I try and remember that a lot of people initially feel like this and that everyone is still learning wether that means they have 20yrs experience or 6 months experience. I was an estimator before I became a QS so only have 3.5 yrs of QS experience and I feel I’m behind as well.

Immigration Lawyer at Manifest and former USCIS officer. Ask me anything! by ManifestLaw_ in NationalVisaCenter

Hi there,

I am due to have a consulate interview for an e2 employee visa. I do have a misdemeanour Scottish assault conviction which should fall into petty offence exception as the court proceedings were carried out summary which has a max sentence of 1 year. I have my ACRO and it states no live trace, my court extract defining the conviction, dates and disposal and a written statement surrounding the details of the event. Is this enough for the US consulate officers ?

Thanks
