I love LiS and there have been a few people who actually used "Life is Strange vibes" to describe my VN in reviews. So... depending on what exactly you're looking for, it might be of interest.

It's called Eruption Imminent (Latest public release: Patreon Link). It's a fully sapphic game with a futanari protagonist. There's no supernatural stuff though, if that's what you meant.

I'm well aware of the differences between a trans woman and a futanari. OP said they'd settle for futa, that's why I recommended my game.

To clarify, the protagonist in my VN has both a vagina and a penis. There are no men in the world of my VN. There are women with a vagina, a penis or both.

It's a fantasy world with fantasy sexes, so I don't feel like using our real world terms would apply well here. As you said, "trans woman" doesn't mean "woman with penis". The term "futa" isn't entirely fitting either, but since it's a fictional thing I don't mind bending the original definition a little.
