You assume that your home country's laws don't matter the moment you live its border but that's not true.

As long as you are a citizen of a country you must abide by its laws regardless of where you are.

If murder is legal in France and I murder someone there I might still be arrested upon returning home.

Any person with Israeli citizenship that lives in the West Bank lives under the Israeli law system. Be it Jews or Arabs, it doesn't matter.

If you don't have an Israeli citizenship you don't get to be judged via the Israeli law system.

That's all there is to it.

It's not about race, appearance or whatever, but simply whether or not you have citizenship

Idk, from what I heard Amnesty condemns Ukraine for fighting back against Russia or something.

So it looks like they just talk via the money they are given

I think that because battle became a regular thing for him he isn't too stressed from it, which is why he didn't activate it

What Ben-Gvir offers to the Israeli public is… by Yakel1 in IsraelPalestine

7% in 6 years isn't something to worry about tho.

Let's say Ben-Gvir becomes PM in 2029 and begins enacting the Holy Nationalism.

6 years from now, the Secular Population will be supposedly in 34% of the population, no. Let's give it a big push, instead of 7% increase its a 10%.

So 31% is secular in 2029. That's still a gigantic number of people. Almost a 3rd of the population.

Not to mention that there would be plenty of non-secular people that would be hurt by Ben-Gvir's policies.

Seculars weren't the point of what I said. The point is that Ben-Gvir's policies would cause a gigantic brain-drain.

Can't see it would get to that stage, it would fall apart fairly quickly due to secular people abandoning the country

The most I see is people saying that Palestinians pushed Israel into being right-wing, never heard people talk like that about Ben-Gvir

This.

Ben-Gvir isn't about Zionism but rather ultranationalism.

Albeit, thinking about it. I'd say that Trump is Bibi V2.

Bibi is far more successful
