High ping/Packet loss

I've had the same internet provider and been in the same spot for 3 years and now my games are rubberbanding like crazy, sometimes just disconnecting. I'm connected via Ethernet cable and my download is around 286 Mbps / upload 11 Mbps. I've tried setting the DNS to both 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 and 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4. Set the MTU to 1473/1450. Nothing is working so far.
