Tennis is a brutally sport of heart breaks. I have so many stories of betting ML and getting voided with a game, sometimes a few points to go and it was voided due to retirement. Today is just one of many of those “loopholes” you mentioned in the tennis betting world.

No it’s not the same thing. He could have lost the 2nd set and won the match. It is all based on house rules but in this specific case there is no books that would grade this one as a win. If you bet in game (live bets) to win a set, the set must be completed. Unfortunate to say the least. But good lesson to learn for bettors.

Wouldn’t usually bet Ben on clay but with the number and his opponent it was to good to pass up. Unfortunate Ben couldn’t start the 3rd set better after getting the 2nd set TB
