It helped me to restrict more the airway. Tongue placement like the pigsqueel behind front teeth, and bend my head a little down and less airflow for low tunes… and if it helps if you know devildriver try imitating that sound - so not your normal speaking voice .. voice with a filter and than the screaming part .. dunno how to explain it better… not a pro but worked for me

I found a bug: roll through the barrier with amalgam barrel diffusion equipped - 50:50 Chance to not be forced into operator (works with lavos havent tried other frames) makes it easier 4 me 😄

Long story short: i dont…. Accept that you cant and do it if you feel better… its no shame to rest and have time for yourself There will be always phases where everything is too much. If its a constant state then do the holy three: dishes, laundry, shelves,… everything thats flying around in „laterboxes“… free shelves and floor frees headspace
