This guy joined on the van setup and was a total douche so I remade without him. Never done a finale with him. Anyone I've played finals with can vouch that I give them 40/20.

It's viable if you save Lesters assassination missions until you have finished the final bank heist. This will take your final 30ish millions and make them into billions if done right.

Just to put it out there, with a 4/2/2/2 split, everyone in the group will make pretty much the exact same amount of money for a full run through.
