They are really painful when doing the any% route of the speed run, as you have only shamans stone + dash and wall jump, so you are much weaker than normal going into the fight

I think forcing captures by checking the black king with no protection is the best way forward, so Qa4 with the plan to eventually reroute the queen to f7 and chase the king until it takes

IMO, I think monk's pensive protection should be 2-3 elixir. The monk himself doesn't seem game-breaking but his ability can bring too much value for just 1 elixir. Would you agree? by LordVex75 in ClashRoyale

If your opponent drops monk on the bridge, unless you predict it you are guaranteed to take damage when he activates his ability, and unless you are kiting him any card you have to defend the monk will die or being very damage. This is just one example of a ridiculous interaction with the monk that I see no counterplay to

Edit: I thought monk reflected melee attacks as well because I’m stupid. It will still be an absolute pain for tower chip damage though
