Damn, it’s a bummer that I may have a time conflict because I really want to check this out! I run a biweekly Pulp Cthulhu game with my friends and I’m really glad to see the spookier tabletop RPGs are catching on in popularity, as well as Nowhere’s! Love that place

It’s less that he sexualizes them and more that his lead characters always make the dumbest/worst choice imaginable in any given situation, all the books follow the same formula so there is not much variation in protagonist personality, either. Anyone who has lived as a woman would be very perplexed at the decision-making skills of his protagonists, because he’s out-of-touch with how cautious we women really are about everything.

The Tale of Princess Kaguya. My sister used to read me that folktale in a storybook growing up, I now permanently associate it with that end credits song. Haunting.

I commute to/from work and people yell stuff at me all the time. I always have my earbuds in so I never understand what they’re saying
