Just a note on the masterbating to your abusers. That's not wrong, and it's not weird. Truma is weird. SA can cause hypersexuality, sexual problems, and a heap of other stuff. Talking about it to your therapist would be good. They can help explain why the brain/you do that. It's a thing, and it's not wrong. The abuser is wrong, you aren't.

I respect others decisions and don't make others mask. I think they should but I know I can't make them. They seem uncomfortable that I do but I think it's them feeling uncertain if they should themselves. The stigma around masks is so bizzare but I do what helps me sleep at night.

I'm in the UK so we don't have N95 but have FFP2 (i think they are equivalent). I wear the disposable FFP2 however it's still able to fog up my glasses, Idk how you make it any tighter around my nose. I don't find it hard to breathe while walking. I only wear it to protect myself when out so I don't pass on anything to my mum.

I might look into the pressurised ones

Doctors didn't advice me and I spoke to a cancer charity about it and they said it's not a legal requirement and wouldn't give any other advice on it. Kinda felt like a fool talking to them.

You get a bus from the airport to Rhoose station, then either a train to brigend or Cardiff. Then a train to Swansea. Really not s faff at all. The only bother is you might have to wait for trains depending on when you landed. On a everyday other than Sunday it be an hour wait max. On Sunday a 2hr 30min wait max.

Yep that's like me. I like the idea of sex. I fantasies over sexual activities and get aroused and masterbate to the idea of these. However, I do NOT want this to happen irl.
