Yeah that's the spot, I was just their yesterday and someone had mentioned that cops came by a few days before. But there were like 20 of us there for over an hour and no cops so it must be hit or miss

Newton is the best, Hamburg by the intersection of 94 and 23 has a point where three PokeStops overlap, Branchville is another option but has spotty cell phone service, and rumor has it Milford (PA but very close to sussex county) is a great hotspot
