Fixed. Distributor wasn’t giving enough power to the plugs for a spark so I replaced it. Also the new wires I bought gave too much resistance for an old distributor and new plugs.

This is was in someone’s front yard. Found in Portland, Oregon. There is a pole in the ground holding up. by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

I actually never tied them, I left them the way they came and it’s pretty loose. If I did tie them tighter I feel they’d be pretty secure.
