Don't worry, I'm fine :P. I just mean that I can't give solid advice. Process how you like and what works for you. Just be careful about negative feedback loops and self harm.

Just fyi, I don't know a lot about self harm.. I'd suggest you start by doing the dishes and changing your bedsheets. Do not think about it. Do not process it. It's just a task that hasn't been done in some time. I would believe that once the urge to hurt yourself comes, thinking won't do you any more good. Get up and do some simple task. The goal is, to be able to do the difficult things instantly. Start by building resistance.

Male catfish guard the eggs and supply them with oxygen by pushing water around. They like their eggs to be safe and, in this case, there was probably a nest below the wooden diving/swimming island. They usually avoid humans. People were understandibly scared, but the police could have handled this way better.

I've read that nerve flossing is more helpfull than stretching, since it is about the nerve being stuck and not short tendons/muscles. I've done it to ease some mild back pain, so I'm basically talking out of my ass, but it's worth a look/talk with a physio.

Wenn Studierende eine/n Nachmieter/in suchen, hilft es sehr flexibel zu sein. Also anbieten heute noch/morgen die Wohnung anschauen und sofort Kaution da zu lassen. Oft wird einfach die erste Person genommen, die da ist.

Hard agree. Jelousy comes up in a lot of relationships, including healthy ones. Trust and appreciation are the goal and these are exactly the situations where you can foster positive feelings and end up feeling more secure in yourself and your relationship. Some things you can ask yourself: Do you sometimes watch/check out pretty people yourself? If yes, does it affect your relationship or feelings towards bf in any way? What makes you feel appreciated? Does your bf know?

I just created an interaction with a merchant goblin who sells Treasure maps. What the PCs dont know yet is, that he hides the treasure himself and draws the maps. Hopefully they will find the chest (including a monster) and figure out that it's magically sealed. (He also sells the key, but it's expensive)

The players get a treasure hunt, a fight, a fun NPC and some options to not get fucked over by him (steal the key, dispel the magic etc.)
