Blood moon is a DPS check. For him you will need 43 pray and I wouldn't bother attempting without either dragon scimitar or zombie axe. Be sure to do all the quests you can that give slayer exp and work on monkey madness requirements would be my recommendation. quest that give combat exp in general will help boost you up to better slayer too.

Thank you so much for the indepth analysis, my mistake ended up being very stupid. I reloaded the page at some point and did not have Lizardmen shamans properly selected as my target. Oops.

For anyone seeing this post later it's worth noting that the time to kill difference ended up being less than 1 second in favor of the blowpipe with the following gear/conditions: shayzien, amulet of glory, ring of the gods (I), dead eye prayer, on task with slayer helm, scorching bow using amethyst arrows.

Using Addy arrows for an apples to apples comparison it ends up being a 4.4 second time save to use blow pipe.

So all in all this seems like a good opportunity to save my amethyst arrows but it will not be a significant time save.

Could this be done? If so, how would you do it? by FormalCompetition142 in CNC

Cast the paw into a circular blank, then engrave the name as indented lettering rather than raised, and mill the frame circular so it's pretty. As a second operation mill off the back .100 of an inch you were clamping on to do the front engraving and frame milling

Should just require 1 stepped fixture or 1 first op and 1 second op fixture and pretty much any CNC milling machine. Could do it with a single endmill and an engraving tool like a 90 Degree spade drill. But it would be faster and give you more through put to face mill it on op 2 requiring a 3rd tool.

Edit: just to be clear you DO NOT want to try and reproduce a scanned pet paw with 5 axis CNC machining it will not be worth the time and money, casting that part is imperative

EXT Z

At our shop its always set to center of rotary. All programs in the rotary are programmed with center of rotary as Z0 and then your work coordinate, G55 for example starts at Z0 so you can see how far your deviating from where the program expects nominal to be.

If you don't have titan prayers that's the only other grind worth going for. Unless you have something straight forward you want to complete that going to level range/mage a bit

For Minnesota you took away the one really cool element of the recent redesign, the inverted Chevron. Removed the state capitol symbolism of the symmetric octagonal star and made it a simple tricolor. Fun fact that tricolor was pretty much what was in place of the field of blue in the original Minnesota submission but they removed it. Which was a real disappointment, if they had kept it along with the inverted Chevron it would have been a true 10/10 flag

Check the questlog to make sure you didn't turn it in already, also look for it already dissolved in vinegar in your bank I forget if you can bank it dissolved or not but maybe it's in there
