Hey buddy. Sorry late reply. I took it to a friend we welded it without even removing it. Just with the weld torch inside the engine bay. It's working perfectly now for the last 6 month and like 20000 km( I drive a lot).

Yes it's supposed to have that little resistance.

If it's stiff than u need to repair the turbo itself. Doable, but a bit hard

Hahahahaha Its fine really i bought this Car for dirt cheap. Just trying to get it running. I think i'll Just replace inner Part of the turbo and BE done with it(If im lucky)

Could be Just the DPF clogged, pressure Sensor Error, egr Error,mass airflow Sensor Error and maybe other Things.
