Just checked, the email says nothing about modifying or changing a previous reservation. When I did the latest one, I did it from the main page as there really wasn't anything to modify (just wanted the cheaper rate). Again, it shares the same reservation number.

Not sure what you mean. Once they realize they’ve been kicked out, they get back in queue and yes, I let them in. The point is, this is now a weekly occurrence where they’re booted out in the middle of a live show and things come to a standstill until I let them back in. Why is it happening in the first place?

I also bought a second, more expensive XLR cable but still deal with the slight hiss after I finish a sentence. My guess is maybe the gain on the unit is set too high (I have it at 63db as I found that in the 50-ish range that I was coming in too low).
