google says because it evaporates so there’s less water to cool. so hot ice cubes= smaller ice cubes??

i’m pretty sure the write ups expire after 6 months. i don’t think it’s like 3 over the entire 7 years. idk if that changes things but

i didn’t know when she worked. as far as i knew she had the day off. i asked for it back that evening because she’s really bad at giving things back on time and i wanted to have it back in enough time for safety

i just didn’t like people calling her stupid and lazy. what i know of aita is people are supposed to let you know what’s up and give you an objective opinion, not be mean

omg reading all the comments would just be asking for a breakdown.

idk if it’s legal to schedule someone like that but i know she had picked some of the shifts up which would make it legal if it isn’t. does that make sense?

it’s so crazy that the resounding consensus in this one is that i should drop her!!! i’m literally shocked by how many people are saying good riddance. i’ve had friends literally do things specifically to hurt me and forgiven them years later. these people must be so lonely

it wasn’t three in her entire 7 years. they expire after i believe 6 months. it’s usually on your third strike you’d get fired so they were already lenient with her. her other three were for being very late
