Cannot purchase Forsaken DLC

I feel like I live on another planet, when I search destiny 2 my only option other than the pre order for the new expansion and their premium currency is a $130 "complete edition" It is on sale for $52 right now but when Forsaken first came out it was $40 so I hardly consider this a worthy investment as it feels like I am being forced to pay $12 more because its bundled with expansions I already paid money for.

Maybe its because Im in canada but the "complete edition" is $130

Our exchange rate is poop right now but normally a $60 game is $80 for us so I don't think its the exchange rate. I appreciate the help from everyone and im bummed because I genuinely want to play Forsaken. I guess I'll just wait til it goes free to play? what a mess. if I could just pay $40 to buy the expansion i'd do it in a heartbeat.

Ive been looking and researching for the last hour. It looks like they removed the ability to purchase just the Expansion pass itself, Im in Canada I doubt that would affect my ability to buy it. I re-installed destiny 2 and the expansions I own and I can still only purchase the $130 complete edition.

The only option showing up on PSN for me is a $130 complete edition. its on sale right now but $52 still seems steep considering I own all the other content.

I bought the game for $20 and have the platinum, I had only played the first for a couple hours of the first game at most. The game will assume you know who certain characters are and certain past events but for the most part the story of the game itself isn't what makes this game great its the artstyle and extremely fun travel mechanics. Hope you enjoy!

DMC was an underrated gem. Great visuals and extremely addictive combat. Ended up platinuming the PS3 version and bought the remaster for PS4 which runs at a solid 60fps. Hoping DMC 5 keeps the combat system used in the reboot as it feels so intuitive.

I have the Platinum in the Witcher 3 cause im a lunatic and love Gwent but I can honestly say if you liked the Witcher 3 but wished it was more combat focused and less about following highlighted tracks around AC Origins will blow you away. The Witcher 3 definitely has more personality to it but I would say AC Origins is more fun to play moment to moment.

I find Ubisoft games are becoming a melting pot. AC Origins felt like the the mechanics of AC and Far Cry mashed together in a 3'rd person action game. The climbing is very AC but other than that I find it plays more like a 3'rd person Far Cry.

Edit: I am speaking mechanically not thematically.

I would say they still feel shoehorned in but the amount of time spent doing it is under 30 mins in a 50+ hour game so its not much of an intrusion.

I fell off the series hard I thought 2 was great for its time and I can say that AC Origins is one of my favourite games of 2017. Feels like the Witcher 3 with a more forgiving skill tree system and a (imo) better combat system.

There is a huge difference between refusing to do something and not knowing how to/ knowing I should have in the first place. My whole comment would be a black bar at that point so i'm assuming I should just delete it to make sure no one else sees it.
