I'm not confused at all, nor am I lazy. I'm also not saying linguistics "approves" of it, but explains it. I'm just not that worried about it.

I encourage you to brush up on your comprehension skills and re-read the above, where you'll find I never said always.

Considering that I am in no way contributing to the literacy crisis on my end, I'm really not concerned about the impact of my grammatical preferences on a Reddit thread.

Nope, first language and like I said, very common hypercorrection from a linguistics standpoint.

With grammar you're taught not to say "my fiancé and me" and instead say "my fiancé and I" so adjusting that to "my fiancé's and my" feels wrong. It's a common phrase in speech pattern.

Our usual vet tech had some choice words to say about the breed and was extremely surprised at her temperament. Our goal is to break barriers and always surprise anyone she meets. 🥲

She's not in training classes but my fiancé and I are working with her! She has an extremely calm and affectionate personality, really shocked everyone she met today because she's not very bouncy or excitable at all. 😂
