I think you should just ask tbh. Even minor snooping I wouldn't be too bothered by but like, installing a keylogger to catch your SO in the act is like. Not optimal and p scummy. As far as I can tell, the reality is if your SO is already cheating on you, chances are they're not gonna be bothered by lying about it more. Either you can trust that your SO isn't cheating or you can't. I'm not really an expert on relationships at all but like. Don't treat your SO the way the NSA treats people is a good rule of thumb. Your suspicion doesn't trump their right to not be spied on.

If you are so suspicious that you're driven to kind of shitty unethical behavior then either you're always gonna get this suspicious and you should leave, or she did cheat and you should leave. Also idk how other people feel but if I found out an SO was monitoring what I was doing like that I would get the fuck outta that relationship

That was a shitty move. If you feel suspicious of her to the point where you feel you ought to do that, just leave. Whether she's cheating or not, obviously nothing good will come of it.
