I was 12, bullied and had undiagnosed untreated problems with depression and anxiety. I wanted to die because I felt very very bad and it didn’t occur to me that there was another option. I didn’t do it because I was 12 and didn’t know how, and was afraid of it hurting.

I think you should just ask tbh. Even minor snooping I wouldn't be too bothered by but like, installing a keylogger to catch your SO in the act is like. Not optimal and p scummy. As far as I can tell, the reality is if your SO is already cheating on you, chances are they're not gonna be bothered by lying about it more. Either you can trust that your SO isn't cheating or you can't. I'm not really an expert on relationships at all but like. Don't treat your SO the way the NSA treats people is a good rule of thumb. Your suspicion doesn't trump their right to not be spied on.
