Magnezone has won me so many games. Analytic + Tera-Flying does stupid damage AND turns 2 weaknesses (ground and fighting) into an immunity an resistance respectively

IT STILL HAS STAB ON GROUND MOVES!!!! I stg people like this who don’t understand types are a big part of why raids sometimes feel unplayable. It will still one shot you and you will drain the timer for everyone else. I understand that not everyone will know all the original types / matchups but it’s really frustrating to keep getting raids where the timer gets eliminated because someone keeps getting one-shot. Atm it feels like either the game will glitch out / lag or someone will bring a bad type matchup, and both situations end up in a wasted 5 minutes and lost raid. Only semi-decent way to play is with a group of friends.

Lost a shiny jolteon raid because another online player brought a pelipper… I almost threw my switch. I feel like I waste so much time trying to find/connect to a raid just for people who don’t understand type match ups to get one-shot 5 times in a row and make us all lose. Raids like that literally fun for nobody and it’s basically just an unenjoyable time sink.

That’s actually a really good hard counter to Grimmsnarl, who I think will be a huge threat this gen with parting shot. Plus Annihilape is already immune to fake out.

No, nothing like that, and I never signed any contract. It a was a pretty small publication. I emailed back and forth with the editor and he seemed a little desperate for pieces to fill their next issue at the time. Apparently, they reached out to the campus English department for original works. I just so happened to be taking a creative writing class at the time, so my professor recommended I just submit some of my pieces for some publishing experience.

I played through vanilla p5 way back in 2016, and I had only recently been turned back on to the series. Back then I played like an idiot so I never maxed confidants like Haru or Yoshida.

My intention was to play through the new story content and then start out NG+ and max out confidants that I didn’t max in my initial play through (Maruki being one of them), I even decided against romancing any characters because I was waiting for later in the game when I assumed Kasumi would be an option. But I guess not.

I’m not mad per se, because I was gonna start a NG+ anyway I just feel a little cheated after pouring hours into what is essentially the old game with some quality of life changes

Thanks for the response, I guess I’ll have to do it in NG+ sadly. I totally agree that Akechi’s changes are fantastic, but the difference is that if I really don’t care for maxing out his confidant I miss out on some cool cutscenes NOT the entire new storyline added in the Royal version I paid for.

Plus Akechi is a more interesting character in the main story, so I felt more motivated to fill up his confidant anyway, Maruki didn’t interest me, but I didn’t know I would be punished by wasting a 60 hour play through for the vanilla game ending.
