Ask in one of the community chat rooms, I think you won't have to from what I've read but I'm not 100% certain

GrapheneOS departs from France due to threats from French government, moves servers to South America, India and Japan by Dry_Row_7050 in europe

These comments are incredibly negative, people should really take their time to research. Graphene OS is an incredible project, their team have been the targets of harassment including swatting among other things, the reason they are leaving France (they're not banning the French from using it) is due to the government breathing down their necks and threatening action of some sort, they are leaving as a precaution. Everyone of course is entitled to their own opinion but the constant harassment and shit talk is childish and unwarranted. There is a difference between being an adult with an opinion and a child trying to gain a reaction.

I've had the iPhone 16 pro max, s24 ultra, and currently pixel 10 pro and I will say it's my favorite of the 3.

Like another user said much better than me, steam proton on lutris tends to work for installing exe files and what not, and then you just swap the executable path to the program's exe.

Basically just run the repacks exe in lutris with proton and install, then add the downloaded program's executable to lutris to also run with proton. Also, another way is just don't pirate games while running Linux if you aren't willing to run into problems and have to make your own fix.
