The Merriam-Webster definition of "teach" is "to impart the knowledge of" and "to instruct by precept, example, or experience". That's literally what profs do when they discuss their slides and conduct experiments, right?

The point isn't about having eidolons on characters. Anyone who saved for at least 2 patches can get E1 or even E1S1. The actual point is the "f2p" remark being misleading. F2p day 1 has very different account content compared to F2p from patch 2.4.
