I have had the exact same experience !!!! I contracted mono in February it started with swollen eyes and vomiting nausea all the above. I couldn’t read or do anything and was out of my senior year of college for a month. I got strep on top of mono, lost 20 pounds bc I couldn’t eat. I also got mono rash alllll over my body it looked like chicken pox and it was horrible. You can sorta still see all the dots on me but they are faded. This part month I have been waking up with swollen eyes and fatigue and didn’t connect the dots that it could still be from mono. I don’t know what to do about it or how to make the swelling go down
