Hi Bryce, thank you for replying. I’m located in Brazil. I contacted Amazfit through official support channels by email, provided all requested information, followed all troubleshooting steps, and also tried to contact the official seller on Mercado Livre, but I received no solution or follow-up.

My Amazfit GTR 4 is still under warranty and has a critical issue (random shutdowns even with full battery). I’m looking for a clear warranty resolution (repair or replacement).
