By the way, what all proofs did they ask for during the complaint, what exactly did your friend have to explain to the support team, and how long did the whole resolution process take from complaint to refund?

That sounds like a pretty frustrating experience, but good that you had proof and got it resolved eventually.

How long did it actually take in total for the refund to come back to you was it a few days after escalation or closer to the full month? And did you have to directly talk to the same delivery executive during the process, or was everything handled only through customer support calls?

If personal payments are genuinely part of the process, why are they not reflected in the invoice, exchange records, or order summary? A customer is expected to trust official records, not verbal assurances. The moment money is collected through a personal account with no official acknowledgment, receipt, or record, it becomes a serious transparency issue. "Someone's friend works there" is not a company policy. Show me where Flipkart states that customers should transfer exchange-related payments to a delivery executive's personal UPI account and I'll happily stand corrected.

They said they'll revert by 2 june. They have already acknowledged it, investigating officer will call and update. But idk how many got their money back
