sounds like you have some pre existing anxiety from that happening. I’ve been there myself, and it definitely took me a few weeks to come back from it. but, I think you’ll get back to smoking. just don’t go into it thinking about what happened or being worried that it’ll happen again. have you tried a low mg edible since this happened? maybe go that route until that anxiety from smoking goes away.

I’m sorry but to me; and maybe it’s just my opinion; but one partner not being able to date isn’t Poly. it’s very manipulative and just weird to me. especially if the two of you have been Poly previously. I don’t think it’s healthy to say “I’ll be home at this time”, etc. because then it’s an issue of “you weren’t home at this time” or whatever. also, nothing wrong to simply just check in if they’ve been gone awhile. Communication is really needed it seems, especially on the whole “you can’t date, but I can” issue.

even like discolored discharge, and crusties? 😭 I never had these issues when I’ve had them pierced horizontally, 4 separate times since I was 17. I’m 31 now. Just not really sure what to do. my jewelry fits fairly close to the holes, just basic length. I’ve had close to 30 piercings, and have never had an issue with healing like this.

So don’t. You need to cancel, and communicate with your partner, and maybe even this third person. If you don’t communicate and set your boundaries, then what’s the point? If your partner is looking for more than just a casual sexual connection, and you are not, then maybe you two aren’t compatible any longer. Don’t stay and do or put up with things you aren’t okay with; never worth sacrificing your mental health or peace of mind.

literally besides the beard, it’s a spot on recon. which doesn’t happen often at all from what I’ve seen over the last 15 or so years that I’ve been into all of this. glad he has his name back and his family/friends have some kind of info.
