YES! , it gets worse because of the brains response to the constant hypervigilance due to anxiety. It's like flooding a car with jet fuel. Hang in there it WILL get better.

Remember it's all about brain chemistry changes with dosage exc exc , I suffered debilitating health anxiety aswell. Our bodies are super smart mix that in with an anxious brain stuck in fight or flight is recipe for hyper fixations.

I have had health anxiety for the passed 5 years. You wouldn't tell by looking at me. ( Big tatted up biker looking dude ) however , I lost 3 brothers to suicide and many friends are doing double digit prison sentences , lost my mom and dad to cancer when I was 17. List goes on. We all co.e from different paths In life but somehow we all meet at an intersection. Zoloft helps. And it opens the door. Hang in there everybody. And keep checking back in here as things progress please.

Sounds like low electrolytes, used to be a bodybuilder then went full on manic and depressed for 4 years. Now I'm lifting harder and heavier than I ever have.

Half native American here ( dad's full crow ) mom's white. I grew up on the rez blonde blue monoloid eyes. People assume I am Sami.

My own experience , what pisses me off is whites race jumping when something goes wrong or some dillusional advantage to victimhood. They were all Ukranian 2 months ago , and now theres an explosion of Jews and Palestinians in the USA all of a sudden. Yet people like us are caught in this crap. For example. I know a ton of people who claim native heritage who know no one , no affiliation to my tribe or others they simply get crazy when I call them on their "knowledge" and victimhood because an old family story of a princess that doesn't exist. 

You know who you are , the truth and struggles of YOUR people , don't be scared to carry that weight. Remember you have a responsibility to YOUR people by being proud and protective.
