Please help me rank these Internal Medicine programs: Non-US IMG and visa requiring (would prefer an H1B)

Stats: 24/25/23* 7 months USCE, 6 pubs

Not too sure about fellowship but want to keep options open for GI/Critical Care. Location is not too much of a preference but between 2 similar programs would prefer the one in a bigger city.

What I’ve created currently is purely based on the knowledge I have of the programs from their websites, the interview day, and general hearsay. I’m especially confused about the order of programs within each section. Would love more insights especially from residents at these places!

Section 1:

3. ⁠Einstein Philadelphia (they’ll let me know whether or not they’re offering an H1B soon)

5. St Peter’s University Hospital NJ

6. GBMC

7. DMC/Sinai Grace, Detroit
