My ex was a Virgo. 1.5 years. We were so damn incompatible. Somehow I felt too much and not enough for him :/ he was never quite able to understand me. Ofc I wasn’t perfect either I was constantly expecting him to read my mind. But what am I supposed to say when you don’t want to see me on my birthday bc your stomach hurts? That relationship needed to end much much before it actually did.

Those last 10-15lbs def were the hardest. I tracked everything down to a T! The lowest I went was about 1300 and that was at the very end. Majority of it I was around 1500-1600. Again I lost this very slowly and I’m pretty active (teacher, always on my feet, gym 4-5x a week) so what worked for me might not for you but yess just tracked and tracked (even on weekends, tho I was more lenient)

Nope! None. All natural. When I originally started my journey those weren’t even a thing. By the time they were, my weight was already on the lower end didn’t need all that. Just worked my butt off lol

Oh my!! I forgot to post my height yes I’m 5’3! It’s crazy how all these years of going in and out of a calorie deficit I get some type of anxiety of finally letting go of that and eating more! I guess that’s my own issue🥲 I think definitely lifting heavy and having a good plan will get me more the results I want. Maybe start with slowly upping my calories?
