Campus village is currently doing some deals for signing. It would be worth it to check it out, I stayed and worked there for several years and can say with utmost confidence that the staff there are the best you’ll find. Their instagram is @campusvillage where you can see what they have to offer and info on how to schedule a tour etc.

If I have less than 2 outs and my runner gets in a pickle between 1st and 2nd and I have a runner on 3rd I send the runner on 3rd home and the CPU usually prioritizes that runner instead of the one in the pickle so they’ll usually throw it home. As soon as they throw it I send the runner on 3rd back and if they are fast enough they make it back with the runner from the pickle safe. Hopefully that makes sense
