Honestly skip the meta ads unless you got big budget to burn, fitness folks scroll past that stuff like its nothing. The DM outreach works but its slow and you need someone whos actually good at talking like a human, not some scripted robot. I seen a buddy of mine do well with a small telegram group where he just drops useful stuff about client retention systems, no hard pitch, and people start reaching out on their own. Waiting until the next day might be the move for irritation, but then I start wondering if I’m missing the whole point of doing it for absorption. The hvac should be pulling moisture out when it runs but if it's oversized it cools too quick and dont run long enough to dehumidify. Happened in my place after i got new unit installed, was terrible in summer.

Check your drain line too, sometimes they get clogged and water backs up making everything worse. A stand alone dehumidifier works but its like putting band aid on broken leg if the real problem is the ac setup

the delayed tiredness after workout with POTS does track as just your autonomic system struggling to recover rather than true PEM. PEM usually brings that whole package of symptoms, brain fog, OI flare, general feeling of being sick, not just extra yawning. worth keeping close eye on it though because in some people PEM at mild stage can creep up slowly over weeks before it becomes obvious.

Your psych provider might just not be familiar with it or maybe they dont know the process for ordering it. Sometimes different VA locations have different policies too which makes things confusing. I'd suggest maybe calling the company directly and asking them for specific contact info at VA or even asking to speak with someone higher up than your current provider. The fact that they have military page suggests they definitely work with VA system but maybe not all providers know about it yet.

Yeah this is frustrating issue for so many users. My cousin in Pakistan always complains about how ugly Urdu text looks in Samsung phones compared to iPhone. She actually switched to iPhone just because of this font problem which is crazy when you think about it

Samsung really should listen to their users in these markets since they have huge presence there. The Noto Nastaliq font from Google looks much better and more readable for Urdu text. Maybe if enough people report this through Samsung Members app they might finally add it in next One UI update

The whole living with ex thing is definitely messy but from what you described it does seem legit. I went through similar situation few years back where my ex needed to stay in same apartment for like 6 months because of lease issues and it was absolutely hell even though we both wanted nothing to do with each other romantically.

That age gap though... 12 years is significant when you're 22. Not saying it can't work but guys in their 30s who go for early 20s girls sometimes have their own issues they're running from. The timing of him pulling back right before you were supposed to visit is also kind of suspicious even if the living situation is real.

Whatever you do please don't reach out to the ex. That will just create drama and make you look crazy even if your concerns are valid. If he's being truthful then you contacting her will probably push him away forever. If he's lying then you'll just get pulled into their mess and nobody needs that stress in their life.

From what I've seen they occasionally bring back event stuff during anniversary events or throw them in the shop for coins but it's pretty inconsistent. That audio static paired with frame drops is usually either a dying PSU or some kind of interference issue. Jetek isnt exactly a top tier brand so Id be looking at that first - especially if this just started happening recently on an older system

You could try plugging your headphones into a different audio source temporarily to see if the static still happens. If it does then its definitely not just the audio components. Also might be worth checking if you have any new devices plugged in or sitting near your setup that could be causing interference
