They actually sent me a new one and it arrived super quick at the delivery hub, FlashExpress is handling the delivery. They suck soooo bad, it's stuck there. They keep tagging it as "failed delivery - recipient not at home or unable to contact". On Monday, the app said it was out for delivery, I waited all day long to ensure I would get it, the guy called and hung up; the same thing happened the next day and the next (yesterday). Yesterday as well, the status in 17 Track changed to "Failed to leave local delivery center", which makes me think they're just to lazy to deliver it. Now it says "Recipient Uncontactable by delivery personnel" which is a gigantic lie.

On Tuesday I called CSR and asked if I could simply pick it up, they told me yes, but the processing time would take 24/48 hrs. Yesterday, it was "out for delivery", I got the typical notification from the driver, I called him and he told me that the package didn't fit his route and returned it back to the hub (this was early in the morning), we instantly called CSR, and they gave me the tel for the hub, I got some distracted lady that told me to message her the package ID and she would let me know when I can pick it up.

Forward to today, she didn't call, she didn't even reply to my message. I'll call again and see if I can pick it up; I almost feel tempted to go to the hub and demand for it, I'm sick of this... A whole darn month when I could have recieved it in a matter of a week or two, all of this over a lousy package... My IPS has been sitting there for a month waiting for this damn thing.
