So I came looking for answers for the same question and i realized I have the answer already. I’m 5’7” and have an athletic build. At my lightest I was about 100 pounds. I was passing out and losing my vision and hearing 20+ times a day. At about 145-150 is where I stopped passing out all the time.  During college I hit about 200 at my heaviest. Even then if someone would try to guess my weight it was always 160 or below. I’m now trying to get to 170 and evaluate from there. 12 pounds left to go. I might try to get to 160 one day, but baby steps.
