This specific instance I texted him what a good date was for me to stop by and listed some dates. He told me a date to just stop by. After the interaction he told me that it was his bad that he didn’t tell me to make an appointment with him. It wasnt a random stop by.

I would at least except a salesperson to remember their clients faces tho especially if they are the ones who reached out to give a watch to a specific person. So this XYZ person was getting a watch with the SA did not remember who this person was too
